Vintage Timberworks supplied these fully assembled STRUCTURAL timber trusses to this incredibe project in Montecito, CA. Using reclaimed Douglas fir beams with original patina, each piece was structurally graded by an independent lumber grading service before being cut and assembled with concealed knife plates. The structural ridge and rafters were also pre-fit and labeled making installation a breeze! Box beams were constructed in the circular rooms to conceal the original framing and match the timber trusses.
