OLD-GROWTH REDWOOD WITH EXTREMELY DENSE GRAIN
Reclaimed Redwood Solid Beams
Our reclaimed Redwood beams are sourced from antiquated structures including bridges, airplane hangars, and water tanks and can be milled to offer a range of surface options to suit both rustic and refined applications. In some cases, beams can be used in their existing form with original patina and sizing, though most projects call for remilling to achieve a more controlled, high-end appearance.
When milled, this material reveals exceptionally clear and dense old-growth redwood with virtually no knots and minimal sapwood—completely unlike what is commonly available from modern big-box sources. Beams can be provided with a bandsaw texture, surfaced smooth, or hand-hewn, depending on the desired look.
Available in limited quantities, this is among the finest reclaimed redwood available and can be resized into custom dimensions to suit the needs of the project. This material is well suited for high-end applications where quality, consistency, and appearance are paramount—redwood in its best form, intended for the connoisseur.
