WOOD FLOORING MILLED FROM BARNWOOD OVER 100 YEARS OLD
Reclaimed Barn Oak Flooring
Flooring milled from authentic barnwood with timeless character salvaged out of barns built throughout the 1800’s and early 1900’s across the East Coast. Typically a blend of Red and White Oak, this material carries the natural wear of its past life—offering depth, texture, and variation that can’t be replicated with new lumber.
Surface options range from “Rustic”, preserving original patina and mill marks, to “Semi-Surfaced” for a slightly refined feel while maintaining plenty of character. “Re-Sawn” flooring is fully re-milled and provided with a bandsaw texture for a more uniform look, while “Surfaced” options are smoothed down further, revealing a cleaner appearance while still showcasing features inherent in antique barnwood. Opportunities to sort for White Oak may be available for re-sawn and surfaced applications, depending on inventory and project scope.
Available in both solid and engineered formats, this flooring is typically quoted on projects of 1,000 square feet or more, with additional setup costs for smaller runs between 500–1,000 square feet.
