RECLAIMED WOOD FLOORING MILLED FROM INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE STOCK

Reclaimed Douglas Fir Flooring

Milled from authentic antique lumber salvaged from early industrial structures and historic West Coast buildings, offering the density, stability, and character unique to old-growth material. Natural color variation ranges from warm amber tones to deeper weathered browns, with subtle irregularities that give the floor depth and a true sense of history.
All of our flooring starts by selecting rough-cut reclaimed lumber milled to achieve a range of surface appearances—from original texture with patina intact to more refined, fully surfaced finishes—depending on how much character you’d like to retain.

Available in both solid and engineered constructions, each order is custom milled and supplied unfinished, allowing full control over the final look. Our engineered option includes a substantial reclaimed wear layer for added stability, especially in wider plank formats.

Because we work from true reclaimed material—not pre-manufactured blanks—availability, lead times, and pricing are tied to project scope. Pricing is typically based on orders of 1,000 square feet or more, with additional setup considerations for runs between 500-1000 SF.

*Please specify surface appearance upon inquiry for most accurate pricing.

Our inventory changes regularly so it’s important to contact us early in the design stages of your project to allow us enough time to round up the materials and custom mill them if needed.
