Tapas by Tapas Time
It was a pleasure to have Temecula’s newest tapas restaurant, Tapas Time, cater the event! Their mission is to combine Spanish style communal meals with styles of food from different places and cultures around the world. The food was fantastic and small plates in a wide variety of dishes were a perfect way to allow guests to sample many plates and still be able to socialize.
Each plate is a unique and delicious creation from her head chef, Jake, who has many years in the industry. We were truly impressed with their smoked salmon and gouda cheese on a toasted french bread slice topped with bruschetta. Another stand out was the carne asada and chicken mini tacos.
If you’re ever looking for a healthy, gourmet meal to enjoy with friends and family, or simply need a quick bite to go, make sure to check out their newly opened facility in downtown Temecula. They’re also planning on a weekly Wednesday night galleria to showcase local musicians and artists. Their relaxing atmosphere is complimented with reclaimed wood from Vinatage Timberworks from beams and wall paneling, to antique Indonesian dugout canoes (one of which was transformed into an awesome light fixture).
Wine Tasting by Europa Village
We were also proud to have Europa Village serve a wide variety of delicious wine from the nearby Temecula wine country. Their winery boasts an enormous vineyard sprawling over 30 acres and a beautiful and relaxing wine tasting venue as well as a mission-style bed and breakfast – perfect for a romantic getaway or business retreat.
Music by Hank Easton
No event would be complete without live music. Legendary guitarist Hank Easton, sometimes referred to as “San Diego’s best kept secret”, was a perfect accompaniment to the afternoon. His unique blend of rock, jazz, and blues make him a local legend in the music scene. If you every get a chance to see him play, we highly recommend it!
